So today, against my gut instinct, I weighed myself. I began Atkins/SB phase one two days ago. My sis encouraged me to weigh myself (I hate those damn scales). This morning, to my utter shock, I found that I was 182lbs on Wed and today, I'm 174.

Can't say that I see/feel the difference but that's probably because I have another 30lbs to lose. So while I've wanted to , I've been doing

Just thought I'd share! I have to say I'm very curious as to how much more weight will come off during this phase.

Oh, I just inserted the images. You can put in smilies, photos, etc. You only need to have it somewhere on the web already. There's a button by the bold, italics above your journal entry that'll allow you put in images. Yeah. I'm sure when I weigh myself in a couple days, it'll be back on. Sticking (mostly) to the diet so here's hoping not. Really, I stepped off and back on the scales four times to double check the numbers. Haven't lost weight this fast since my tonsillectomy!!!! Great way to start!! Could be you had alot of water weight to lose. Those nasty carbs can make some folks retain lots of water. However a loss is a loss. Way to go!!
