I really need to stay away from carbs as much as posible. I've been too liberal with them and I'm paying for it. I felt so sluggish when I started my workout today. It was so bad that I told myself to do at least 20 minute. But I did managed to do my 50 MIN. On the eliptical and 30 on the bike. Tomorrow I work out with my PT so I hope to feel better then. I'm trying really hard to stay away from carbs, but it is hard, 5pm is usually the toughest. I Hope I manage. I'm so bloated my rings feel really tight. I need to sed some off that water off. I haven't been feeling as motivated as I was, I really miss that feeling. I need to get it back soon!

Hang in there. Just remember how great you feel when you lose weight. That is a better feeling than anything you can eat for temporary gratification or comfort. I think carb foods give us that comfort feeling. So hard to resist sometimes! Just remember why you are doing this. You will get your motivation back. It will help to see your PT tomorrow. Maybe they can give you some renewed motivation. I have hit another plateau. I'm so stinking tired of these plateaus. I'm sure I need to mix things up a bit. It's really hard to stay consistent and not see any results day after day. Good luck to you.

You better kick it up at notch, I'm right behind you! Hahaha. Try something a little differet. The staying away from carbs seems like will do the trick, it's just hard. Depending on how it goes tomorrow at the gym I will try to stick to it or not. My PT advised me to do a different kind off excersise every day. It seemed to work well 'till I got busy with the party andar stuff, but back on track now. Let's do this!
