It has been another busy season of life; I'm practicing maintenance and doing well. I think my body has wanted to stay at my current weight, as I fluctuated three pounds over the past couple of months. But, I am working out and still very consciouis of what I eat. At some point, I will come back and finish off these last ten pounds. Running has become part of my exercise routine. Not long distances,more short bursts along with walking, but I am amazed to find that I really like it. Last year at this time, I would not have predicted this.....far from it! It is good to remember; I hope that I never forget what it felt like to be carrying around that extra weight!!!
