was hoping for a lower number today, since I ate really well up until dinner, but then had 2 slices of pizza and 2 garlic knots. Then I went and played volleyball, so I thought the pizza would get burned off...
Oh well, it isn't a gain, and I've been doing very well overall with watching what I eat this week.
The knee is sore today, but not too bad, so I think I'm doing ok with pacing myself as well.
This weekend will be a challenge since I'll be traveling. Going to try and be good about my fast-food/ restaurant choices.
