I know my weight is far from off track but I did what I planned to yesterday and managed to work my butt off at the gym and keep my calories low. Calorie deficit of over 1300! I'm a happy (proud of myself) lady. As much as I dislike exercise...It's what I need in order to get the deficit I require in order to lose the weight in time for the wedding (without doing anything silly like starving myself - no one likes 'nearly dead bride!' hahaa.
Last day at work before back in Australia for a month. Have a gym session before I get on that 14 hour flight tomorrow. Biggest challenge on aeroplanes? Eating out of boredom and drinking alcohol in order to sleep.... Water, water, water...right?
