Although today's weigh in was a little disappointing, I won't let that derail my progression. I am making my meals for the next few days, and I am trying some new food and making some tweaks to the recipes to allow for some variety.
The meal plan is as follows!
Breakfast:
Egg, Bacon and Cheese Muffins (2)
Lunch:
Parmesan Crusted Pork Steak
Dinner: Bratwurst with Onion and Green Bell Pepper
Snacks:
Sugar Free Jello (Cherry) Almonds Pork Rinds String Cheese
That will set me at 1928 calories, which leaves me room for a snack if I find myself craving something at the end of the day. With an estimated TDEE of 3,100, I am aiming for 2,100 or less calories for the day.
