Kind of dissapointed today. Been trying to stay positive as much as possible because stress makes weight loss more difficult. However, after my momentary victory of 187 lbs 5 days ago, and having stayed on track, only going over calories twice (once by 100 cals and once by 200), I'm finding the scale reads back around 191-193. It just sucks because it steals away the feeling of accomplishment. Dieting isn't hard, its the losing weight part that is. 😧
