This week started of really good - Ran on Monday, weights on Tuesday, then the hormones started up and it's been all down hill - I still exercised but I ate bad all week! Like I suddenly felt that all I had to do was exercise but I could still eat bad and lose weight. Boy was I wrong. I feel bloated. Yuk. BUT - I did run this week and I have worked with the weights once. Tomorrow will be my 2nd day with weights for the week, PROMISE. So total = 3 runs and 2 days of weights. GOOD! And, even though I realize that you all won't understand what I'm talking about - I made it to the fence this week in running! Running most of the way up and down the hill with only a few short walking breaks. AWESOME.
