I have noticed that I am definitely a bored and emotional eater :( It's sabotaging my diet as of late, and ruining my progress. Does anyone have any ideas for keeping stress at bay to keep me ON TRACK with my workouts and eating healthy? I would appreciate any advice!

It isn't that I am necessarily bored, as I am a grad student and I am ALWAYS busy with homework, studying, and internship. I guess I should say it's more that I feel as though I don't have time for fun or socialization like I need, instead of just homework. Therefore, when I feel like I just can't study or do homework anymore, I get bored because I don't really have the time to go hangout for an extended period of time either. I think that combined with the stress of grad school is really inhibiting my progress and motivation.
