Now that I have started work exercise comes easily but the eating habits are bad. I have started fasting tuesdays and thursdays and I have seen that I started eating a little less healthy. I have to check myself because I have only lost 1 pound and I don't feel like what I am doing ain't working. I need help and I need to get in shape. And remotivate myself

Fasting is really not good for you, try to eat every 2-3 hours to keep the weightloss coming. I am also better at the exercise side of things and clean eating can be a struggle for me. I know it is hard but you're worth it!
