Well, I managed to burn over 4,000 calories today and I didn't even workout! I was decorating my son's bday cake. It only took me 10:30 hours! So I've been moving nonstop since 7am. No sure how I ended up with some rest time. I hope it makes up for all the sugar I had to taste. Still have to Wash off all that sugar.
