So yesterday was my first day- I had a good food day but was super tired and hungry. I am hungrier today but in a different way. I am also extremely tired since little h was awake most of the night after sleeping all day. It seems both H and h are going to really challenge me this time around! Daddy being away is nice since I don't have to cook for or figure out meals with him. I was hoping for a BIG week to really get motivated and I have lost 2lbs since yesterday so I should be happy with that. I am mostly disappointed that I have gained all this weight back, but considering the spring I have had I suppose I understand it. My next appointment with Dr. E is 9/8/17 so I am hoping to lose at LEAST 20lbs by then so she won't go wacky and adjust my meds to much. I am afraid that h is almost done nursing and it's almost impossible to pump at work since our offices moved so I worry that will make it harder for me to lose the weight transitioning away from breastfeeding. I am looking forward to more energy and leaving behind this constant mental fog I am feeling. I also hope my joint pains start to diminish since I have been noticing them when I eat certain foods. I know once I am really able to get vigorous exercise in I will sleep better as well... now if only h will start sleeping through the night that would be lovely as well.
