It's slow but the right direction

You are averaging 1.5 a week, you are right where you should be... healthy recommended Avg for a long term sustainable loss is 1-2 lbs a week, so there is nothing to be worried or bothered about here...don't let this convince you that you have failed or have not done enough, just keep aiming for 1-2 lbs on Avg...steady as she goes...just keep going the same way...well done and have a great weekend...
