More illness in the house!!! My daughter has been sick for 3 days...puking...yea me!!! Well finally everyone is back to school and I am back at work. I have TOTALLY let everything slack off!!! Need to get back in the game. I haven't weighed in for a week and a half. I'm afraid of what I'll see. Well that said. I am headed straight to the elliptical after work. The whole family will be at church. So I can go home, eat dinner, work out, shower and then everyone will be home. I really need this ALONE time! Need to get my head back in this game. I am also going to journal ALL my food. Wish me luck.
