Learning on Atkins not to exceed 5oz/140g meat at each meal with a max of 16oz a day (im 5ft 6). Fat intake needs to be double protein with 10% carbs. Avocado a day is good! Realised I have been eating too much protein at each meal resulting in an insulin response so smaller meals! Watch Kcals too - cant go overboard if no exercise as you wont lose! and water, water, water (which i hate but have to drink)!! I can do it!!!
