02/21/2012: steps = 8987 ... avg Hr = 93 ... max Hr = 104 ... Elliptical+ Treadmill+pushups = 550 cal, 55minutes ... 4.51 miles ... 41 PUSHUPS (total 8,8,9,8,8) Had a good workout today. Still craving carbs ... Training session at work from 9 - 5 so I sat all day. It's after 8:30pm and I will be up longer so I will update my steps before I go to bed. My goodness, I'll be 50 on Saturday, Lord willing! :-)
