I felt quite disappointted yesterday. I lost track of what I was doing. I know i'm being daft but I was Hoping for more. Today is a new day and time to get things into perspective. That's 7 lbs I won't be seeing again and that is a great loss for my first week. Now to concentrate on week 2.

Seven lbs for first week is AMAZING! Well done! The beginning of doing this can be hard, and I'm glad to see you NOT beating yourself over the head because of losing track. Hopefully you know that theres a pitfall to try to avoid. Lesson learned. :) You're doing good. Welcome to week two.
