I have a wedding to go to at the end of August. And as much as I hate to think I need to lose weight before then, I can't help it. Every time I've had an event or special occasion that I wanted to lose a certain amount of weight by, I've never followed through. I think I just put to much pressure on myself. Realistically, in two months, even if I follow my diet perfectly, I'm still going to be overweight. But to have a decent loss by then would be nice. I've set a goal to walk everyday this summer. So far so good. I'm definitely walking farther and faster than I did earlier in the year. I would absolutely love to go to the gym, but I have no one to watch the kids. By the time my husband gets home its to late at night. But work is settling down for him, so hopefully next week I can get to the gym.
