I did all the right things yesterday, and the weight came off. I counted my calories, and came in quite low.
Went to doctor, and I am not boot free! Thank goodness because I was really hating that thing. I was not wearing it unless I went out to work or out in public, but man, did that thing get on my nerves. I cant imagine having a cast and not being able to remove it at night. Well, so long boot!
Today I start physical therapy. Waiting too see what that entails. I have some good resources so I know what to expect. I am really seeing changes in my ankle at the site of repair, and also in my ability to walk and put weight on it. Hopefully this therapy is good. I look forward to being able to walk with my wife again.
Speaking of the wife, she should be leaving to see her mother in a week or so. Still finalizing those plans.
Last night Daughter did an exam, and did quite well. So hopefully she can pass this GED test. We'll see!
Today I am making veggie stir fry, and perhaps more chicken! Plain old boneless breasts this time. I have class tonight, but it is less dreaded as I am off work today, thank you Mr. Presidents.
