Have not recorded anything for my eating, but getting back on track now! Did a 3 mile run yesterday and feeling great!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

wow! i don't know if I could manage ONE mile!! amazing. Yes...I find it hard to record diet stuff on weekends too. I feel ya! PS; 2nd last wedding dress fitting was this morning!
