Wow! Everyone here is so nice and supportive. I Weighed myself yesterday, I lost 7 lbs. I'm still going to the gym. Yesterday I took a hip hop class and a step class. (she worked my butt off.) Today I'll be doing my spinning class and my regular gym workout. I'm pretty excited. I am now on day 2 of phase II. Well I'll keep you posted. thanks.

way to go...the diet does work, and it's not half bad! You're lucky to be doing the workouts, that's where most people have trouble. Keep it up!
