I'm just trying to get in a routine right now. I walk everyday for at least 40 mins. My sister-in-law is a personal trainer and I go to the gym she works at (not as often as I'd like though). She's been helping me out with weight training exercises. I like the treadmill. I'd love to be a runner. I start out small...running a few mins at a time. I want it all now though. I think that's my biggest obstacle. I know by the end of the year if I stay disciplined I'll see results. I just have to stick with it!
