I have been very lacksidaisical about food and exercise these past few days. I don't feel motivated. I feel angry and upset. I feel depressed and out-of-sorts.

I know I shouldn't let this one weekend get the best of me, but I don't really feel like pushing right now.

I'm at a point where I'm not happy with where I am, I'm not happy about where I was and I'm not happy about where I need to go.

I guess I just feel unhappy...

I am having the same thing. My weight is just sitting still, thank God it's gaining. BUT still I am just following as close as I was. I did go to the market today and have stocked up on my healthy whole foods, and feel committed to stick to the plan and not cheating anymore. Even the kids said they need a break from all the junk we have snuck the past 4 days! LOL So here's to a new week! Hope we get back on track and have a great weigh in next week!

Wow! This looks like a lot of my journal entries. You're not alone, I'm sure we all feel this way at one point. (Some of us at A LOT of different points.) You need to hang in there. There are tough spots that, if you're willing to, you can overcome them.

I know how you feel. I've felt this way MANY times. ((hugs)) I always *make* myself put on my work out clothes and at least go for a walk. And it does make me feel better. Might work for you too :] Hope you feel better soon sweetie
