I WIN!!!!! Started yesterday with a new lower RDI and beat it. Today C brought home pizza and wings but I only had enough calories left to have pizza. Soooooo, I had two pieces of pizza, then got up from the table and put my plate away without having any wings and I come in just UNDER my new lower RDI for the second day in a row!!!!! I AM AWESOME! Now I am going to brush my teeth and get in bed because the wings are still sitting on the table and I still want them. . .but, I would rather be AWESOME, than be disappointed in myself.
