Long couple of days. After working all day at the store I was next door at Love, INC putting a skip trowel texture on the reception area and then when I was done with that I painted walls all day. The project is nearing its end and I am glad. I am really tired and I have been having "stress" dreams this week, so I need some de-stressing I guess. Getting back to my regular gym routine will help a lot I'm sure.
Doing well on my food so far this week.I have to make sure to eat when I do all of this manual labor type work because if I don't then I find myself overly hungry and ready to devour everything!
Tomorrow I have an appointment with my doctor, it's really just jumping through hoops so that I can be seen by the dentist. I have a lot of trouble spots and have had no dental coverage for ten years, not a good thing. Wish me luck!
