Okay, I finally took the time to watch the video on how to calculate carbs, protein, etc. on the Keto Diet. (Because, yanno, I'm lazy like that...)
Calories per day: 1540.19
Net Carbs: 20g (5.19%) Protein: 94.80g (24.62%) Fat: 120.11g (70.19%)
That's for me at 237 pounds. I know the numbers are going to go lower as my weight goes lower. :)
I had been just guesstimating how much I needed in protein and in fat, and the last few days - well, you can look at the weight chart yourselves, I think! This should put me on track. Go me!
