Keeping carbs under 100g is tough!

Thanks everybody! Will post results of my 3 day cleanse on Monday at weigh in! Made carbs under 100 2 days in a row so far!

Wow that is great!!! It is so tough to keep them under, I keep hovering around 115!

i am supposed to be doing low carbs, i am finding this the most difficult jobs ever. Great job at being able to go that low.

Last few days carbs only under 120g! More discipline! Exercise is great! Insanity is awesome! I find myself having to overcome some fear in order to do some of the movements! I have been so large for so long, I have to push to realize hey I can do that. I have conquered jumping jacks and cross jacks with no modification! Today will be Fit Test 3, I am excited!
