It's Paczki time again! There is no low carb equivalent! Aaaagh!!! Last year, I stood in line, at a bakery, for 3 hours, to buy some. They are a tradition, in my area, whether you are Polish or not; and they are great. However, the biggest things that will keep me from surendering to the desire to get some, will be the knowledge, that eating them will add unwanted pounds, and remembering how cold it was, waiting those three hours last year. Not going to happen! But, it's still tempting. :-)
