Now, I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself every day but it keeps me in check and motivates me to do more. I'm down 3 pounds already this week and it makes me wish I wasn't sitting at my desk working, that I was actually out hiking or back at the gym. My morning running is getting better. The last two days I have been able to run for a solid 7 minutes, which is a big step for me. I have always hated running and do not have much endurance. I probably could have run longer today, but I was at the end of my 15 minutes on the treadmill. I'm debating signing up for a 5k and letting that be my motivation.... maybe I'll look into that in a few weeks. The Susan G Komen walk/run is in May.... Just a thought.....
