Singingpanda's Journal, 15 Feb 12

Last night after leaving the gym I had the internal struggle - run to Sonic for grilled cheese and a diet coke, or suck it up, be good, and go home and fix something. Ha. I argued with myself all the way home then had some twice baked cauliflower for dinner. Yea!! In the past I have usually lost that argument when I was tired so maybe I am going to be stronger this time. I have been taking my CAOH liquid vitamins a long time and they are contributing to my carbs quite a bit but they are so good for me and I just can't afford to let all those bottle go to waste. At least they don't appear to be stopping my weightloss. Maybe I will try drinking them every other day.
