Happy Valentine's everybody! I got to sleep in, my son is running a fever so he won't be going to school today. I'm having a great day, big weight drop. I was going to indulge all day but I'd hate to loose my progress, I think I'll enjoy going out to lunch but will try to stay within my RDI. Hopefully I will hit the gym this afternoon. My son's Birthday is coming up and I still have tons to do. My workouts haven't left with much free time.
