SUNDAY & MONDAY-DAY 14 & 15
Well all day Sunday I felt awful. Didn't move all day. I didn't get a chance to record anything so I'm doing it today. Now if I could only remember what I ate on Sunday... =/
I decided to try something new with chicken this week. Since I've been eating it the same way for about 2 weeks now, I was starting to get sick of it. I saw the recipe on a TV commercial for mayonnaise. I'll post the link for anyone interested. I was pleasantly surprised! It was actually really good and only 2g of carbs per serving!
Hellmans Parmesan Crusted ChickenWell tomorrow is Valentines Day and thank GOD I don't like chocolates or sweets (my weaknesses are fried foods). But I'll still face a challenge. My adorable father asked me to be his Valentine and OF COURSE he wants to go to the Chinese buffet... yay! LOL
