i have been a bit worry not because of keto but because in my personal i made a big purchase and thought i got a deal but i dont think so - at keast now i have a van -and this cause me to be a bit nervous so not eating much but trying to eat my goal every day otherwise i will not loose weight.
77.0 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
