So Monday is going to be the DAY for me. I'm going to start an 8 Week Program For Beginning Runners. I found a nice park 2 blocks from my house that I can start running at, I have good shoes to run in now, and I have some good gear to run in as well. I'm also picking up the elliptical from my Father this weekend. I gotta get back on track with my work outs. I think I'll do a little work out tonight....maybe even go for a run. :)
