Today i stepped it up to walk/run on the tred! I got cramps in my feet, but still made the mile in 19min. up 30sec but ran at 6 for almost half the time. yah me! Im going to keep going and I will complete the 1K challenge that is starting in a few days!! I'm looking in to a marathon in the middle of May...but its a 5K..but might do it anyway..its a walk/run so i can do it..possitive thinking!!
132.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
