Past couple of days have been rough for me. I haven't been able to work out due to a hemorrhoid flair....it has finally stopped hurting but I probably need to wait a few days more before I can start working out again. I've been doing marginally well will my eating...I just haven't had time to log anything. Maybe I can catch up today. I guess we'll see.
