Had to skip the morning ritual...Hahaha....woke up at 4:30....every single muscle hurts plus my back. I was starving too.
So happy I started loosing again. Will have a rest day today. Just worried about my calories, it's so much easier when you workout. Will try to get back to sleep now before son gets up.
