Had a low-key cheat day. Did not completely overeat, but I did have a delicious Cinnabon that my folks brought to me from their shopping trip. I didn't eat too much at any one sitting, and I didn't just eat junk all day, but I did not log any food either. If I did go over my RDI today, I am not worried or upset. It was a totally relaxing day with some yumminess thrown in and I am happy. I did a little bit of walking with my puppy today, but otherwise it was a rest day. Took an excellent nap, and now I am off to bed! Two more challenges starting up in the next day or two. Looking forward to working it!!!!
