Earthlady's Journal, 12 Feb 12

Another 400gr down this morning to another new low and only 300gr left to my initial goal weight. That is awesome.

I didn't have an indulgence day yesterday as I still feel I'm readjusting after my holiday but I did have a beer and some chocolate calculated within RDI. I'd have enjoyed the beer more if I hadn't been feeling so unwell but, damn, I'd been looking forward to it all week! Not the first time this has happened.

Took a cold&flu remedy when I went to bed and sweated through the night, so far feeling much better this morning. We'll see what the day brings, I lost much of yesterday to napping as I felt so tired and lethargic.

That is definitely awesome! Good going! I know that draggy, tired feeling (boooo!) Try to get lots of rest this weekend. Hopefully by Monday you'll be back to your lovely self.
