I know how to journal on paper and it is easy but all that really shows me is what I eat. It doesn't put numbers to the things that I eat. I like journaling on fat secret because I now see how things start to add up and sometimes they add up quickly. This also makes me feel like I am not alone. And I think that that is the biggest problem is having no support. The other thing I like about journaling is that I have to write down what I ate not just think about the things i eat and justify it to my self that it really wasn't that much.
