Down 3.8 lbs in a week! Great after a very slow beginning to May. Down 6 lbs for the month so far and about 35 since the beginning of the year. My initial goal was to be down to 240 by my vacation in mid July and I think I can do that. Only 5.8 pounds to go. I've braced myself for a plateau. It always happens after a very good week but I just have to persist. It does work.
