Add low glycemic carbs in slowly to transfer from Atkins. If you eat a balanced diet of fruit, low fat dairy, vegetables, whole grains, and lean meat, you will not gain tons of weight. You only need about 300 extra calories a day for the baby. You can watch your diet and be healthy while you are pregnant (that's the way it should be).
