INSANITY!!!Here are the results! switch kicks 57, power jacks 27, power knees 75, power jumps 15, globe jumps 5, suicide jumps 0, push up jacks 4, low plank obliques 12! Cant wait for the official workout. Of course I had a shakeo about 30 minutes before I attempted the fit test. I am sooo pumped =)

I have to get use to the idea that I can do some stuff...Been so heavy so long its a little scary when I do certain movements...Of course I want to be safe and not injure myself but at the same time I dont want to be afraid to push myself...any tips

I've haven't tried insanity, but with any workout you'll know right away when you're pushing yourself too hard. Wishing you the best with the new workout!
