Cant believe the support i have!! I started "training" for the 1K challenge and doing great so far. Yesterday I walk/jog/ran a mile in 21min. and today i did it in 18.5 min. YES!! I did more running 2 day. I will be back to my old self again and feel the burn! I love this! I'm eating pretty good..it's hard to get all my cal that im suppost to but i am doing baby steps! I feel great and that is a big part in doing this 4 myself! yaaaaay!;)
