worked out yesterday even though i didnt want to. sucessfully balanced my carb protein and fat intake--less fat, more protein. AND resisted the offer of takeout for dinner. Lost half a pound. Yay me!!!!!
106.8 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
