Proud to say I exercised for almost an hour tonight by dancing, guided by the "fitness" mode on the kinect game we have. Such fun! The game is one that uses a sensor to track how your body moves, so you try to mirror the avatar dancer on the screen while grooving to fun tunes. I've played with this game a lot for fun with the kids, but tonight was the first time I tried it on "fitness" mode where it designs workouts for certain periods of time, tracks your calories burned, etc. I'll definitely be doing more of that.
I also had a pretty good eating day today. I'm trying to be mindful of my portion size and monitor how much I eat on days when I'm working too much and not very active. Today seemed successful on that count. So, some good stuff today.
