Very disappointed, it was my 4 yr anniversary on Thursday night & we went out for dinner. I had half a bottle of wine, was good re the food as we went to a vegan restaurant, but having the drink made me want to eat comfort food yesterday & I ate McDonalds!!!!
82.2 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
