I am not feeling as hungry as I used to, and my tummy makes less noises now. Great!!! I think I enjoy eating 1,900 calories a day as opposed to 2,500 calories, but this means maintaining my weight at 65kg which is not my ideal weight. So I need to push myself and start eating 1,750 calories a day, which probably means feeling hungry again. So be it!!!
