Super bowl last night - probably overdid it on the carbs, but still stuck to Atkins friendly foods only - just more than I should have had. But I know me...if I had tried to "be real good", there's a good chance I would have ended up being real bad instead. Up 1.6 pounds this morning, but I'm confident it'll come back off in a couple of days.
