And yes 5 lbs down in a week!!! I cut down sugary foods, potatoes, pop, alcohol, anything and everything that has carbs... Veggies, salads, chicken, fish, eggs, and legumes are mainly my food choices...I have been going to the gym every single day at 5 am for an hour before going to work💪🏻 Thank you Lord for giving me the strength to overcome the temptation of overeating🙏🏻
120.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
